From 50 items or > €50:
We will collect the cartridges from you free of charge!
E-mail: info@parc-ink.nl, Tel. 0348-466806 or Fax 0348-466806 (stating the number of packages, your telephone number and your contact details).

Within two weeks of receiving the goods, we will send you the credit note and payment.
Packaging:
If you have a number of boxes to send, we ask you to package the items in as few boxes as possible. Nevertheless, boxes may not weigh more than 30 kg each. If you ensure that the articles cannot shift you reduce the possibility of damage in transit. This increases your payments! 
Clearly state your own and our address details on the outside of the box and, if desired, include a printout or itemisation list of the articles.
Be sure to indicate where the money must be transferred, and the name of the bank account holder. This is to prevent delays in the refunds! 
Naturally, you may also choose a good cause.

Damaged items may not always be eligible for refunds.
On request, these may be kept aside for you for two weeks.
