1: Do you only accept articles on the refund list? 
Yes, only the items published on our website in the refund list can be accepted. 

2: What is the best way for me to package the items? 
Good quality is of vital importance for further processing. That’s why you need to pack the items as securely as possible. 
Inkjet cartridges can best be packed separately in a plastic bag in the box. No ink can then leak onto other items such as mobile phones. 
You should include toners without the original packing materials. This will save you a lot of space and with larger quantities (> 100 items) a higher refund than usual is possible! That’s because we have lower transport costs per submitted item. Packages may not be heavier than 30 kg.
Please pack laptops and mobile phones well in old newspaper or foil! 

State both your own and our address details clearly on the outside of the box. 

3: Do you offer refunds on refilled, generic (i.e. non original) ink cartridges and toners? 
No, this is because we need to guarantee the quality of the refilled cartridges we return to the market. See also question 1 and the Webshop button. 

4: How can I see whether an ink cartridge or toner has already been refilled? 
In this case, the official logo of the relevant brand manufacturer will no longer be displayed. 

5: How long has Parc-Ink been operating? 
Parc-Ink was set up in 1999 and is the largest collector of mobile phones and ink cartridges via the Internet in Europe. 

6: We want to donate the refund to a good cause. 
You can. You can of course transfer your donation directly yourself or you can let us do it. In that case, state this clearly on the printout or itemised list. You can also choose a good cause from the list under the “Good Causes” button. 

7: Are cartridges chemical waste? 
No, none of the articles we collect are chemical waste.

8: Can our good cause be included on the refund list?
Yes, certainly. Contact us for this. 

9: Do you also sell to retailers?
No, for this visit www.itnetherlands.nl. They sell a vast assortment to hundreds of shops in the benelux.
